Customers may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by our courier partner's tracking data. Requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2)The Legal Terms:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unaltered condition. Items must be unwashed, unworn, free of any scent, deodorant stains, or pet hair, and must have all original brand tags securely attached. 1AMNOTIMELIMIT reserves the right to refuse returns that show clear signs of wear or damage.

3)The Legal Terms:
We offer complimentary exchanges for sizing modifications on the same product style, subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is out of stock, a store credit or a full refund will be processed instead.

4)The Legal Terms:
For standard returns resulting in a monetary refund, a return shipping and processing fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the final refund amount. In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, 1AMNOTIMELIMIT will cover all return shipping fees, and no deduction will be made.

4)The Legal Terms:
Once your return package is received at our facility, please allow 2–3 business days for quality inspection. Upon approval, a refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet). Please note that your bank or financial institution may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
